Netball Aid Event – Terms and Conditions
Netball Aid is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly, securely, and in line with applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

1. Event Overview

All participants can complete the official registration process on the netballaid.co.uk Registration is free. Tickets can can be purchased through AXS and you abide by AXS refund policy, except…
3. Health & Safety
Participation is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and able to attend or take part. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the event organisers in advance. First aid support will be available on-site. Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by organisers and referees.
4. Code of Conduct:
All Participants and spectators must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Abusive, offensive, or aggressive behaviour toward other participants, staff, or spectators will result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event. Appropriate attire must be worn to events.
5. Liability Waiver
The organisers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the Event unless caused by proven negligence. Participants are encouraged to have their own personal accident insurance. Although the event organisers and venue has insurance in place.
6. Photography and Media
By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Images or footage may be used in future marketing, social media, or press materials by the event organisers or partners.
7. Fundraising (if applicable)
A minimum of 50% all ticket sales from the event will go to BBC Children in Need. Any additional donations (online/bucket on the day if we can source) will go to CiN.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or change the format of the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule. Refunds are at the discretion of the organisers.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or attending the Netball Aid Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
